Learn About the MethodThis is for You if...
You’re ready to guide women through more than surface-level support — you want to help them create lasting change.
You’re a coach, therapist, or wellness professional who feels called to:
-
Repair nervous system dysregulation that keeps women stuck in survival patterns.
-
Support identity restoration so they feel more like themselves again.
-
Facilitate emotional breakthroughs that lead to real, sustainable transformation.
This method will give you the tools to do exactly that — grounded in research, designed for deep change, and ready to integrate into your current work.
Rooted in Research. Refined Through Experience.
Meet the Woman Behind the Method:
Cindi Young has spent her life helping women find their way back to themselves. With a degree in Human Development and Family Studies and Psychology, she spent over 15 years working with nonprofit organizations, guiding women—many of them mothers—toward greater stability, self-awareness, and the confidence to rebuild their lives.
But her deepest understanding of what truly helps women heal came not just from education or professional experience, but from her own personal work. After years of over-functioning, emotional suppression, and living in survival mode, Cindi devoted herself to nervous system repair and deep internal healing. She studied, researched, and experimented relentlessly—integrating the most current evidence-based practices with what she had witnessed firsthand through years of working with women.
The result is the Healing Her Method: a grounded, research-informed process designed to help women restore their nervous systems, reconnect with their emotions, and reclaim the parts of themselves they thought they had lost.
Cindi calls this work “a culmination of my life’s experiences and built knowledge—a gift born from both my own healing and the healing I’ve witnessed in others.”
Today, she certifies facilitators to guide women through this same process. Her approach is compassionate, practical, and deeply human, rooted in the belief that when a woman repairs her relationship with herself, everything else in her life shifts.
