Healing Her LLC - Terms & Conditions

Introduction
By enrolling in any Healing Her program, purchasing a digital product, or accessing content, you
("Client," "Facilitator," or "User") agree to the following Terms & Conditions with Healing Her LLC
("Company," "we," "our," "us"), a Georgia Limited Liability Company.
1. LICENSE AGREEMENT
1.1 License Grant:
Upon full payment and enrollment, Healing Her LLC grants you a limited, non-exclusive,
non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Healing Her Facilitator Certification
Course ("Course") and associated materials for personal and professional use.
1.2 Facilitator Usage:
If certified, you are authorized to use the Healing Her Method in your professional practice with
individual clients or small groups. You may refer to yourself as a "Certified Healing Her Facilitator"
only while in good standing and compliant with recertification terms.
1.3 Prohibited Uses:
- Resell, sublicense, reproduce, or publicly share any content or brand assets
- Use to create a competing course
- Share login credentials
- Claim authorship of the Healing Her Method
1.4 Revocation:
We may revoke your license at any time due to unethical conduct, misuse of IP, or brand harm.
2. CLIENT SERVICE AGREEMENT
2.1 Scope of Service:
Healing Her offers educational and coaching services and does not provide medical or therapeutic
diagnosis or treatment.
2.2 Client Responsibility:
Clients are responsible for their well-being and agree to engage voluntarily and seek outside support
as needed.
2.3 Refund Policy:
All sales are final. No refunds or chargebacks will be issued once access is granted.
2.4 Recertification Requirement:
A $97 recertification fee is due every 12 months. Lapsed certification voids facilitator status.
3. COPYRIGHT & INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY POLICY
3.1 Ownership:
All content is owned by Healing Her LLC and protected by copyright.
3.2 Usage Rights:
- Download for personal and client use only
- Do not copy, alter, resell, translate, or publicly post materials
3.3 Reporting Violations:
Report misuse to [email protected]. Legal action may be pursued.
4. PRIVACY POLICY
4.1 Data Collection:
We collect names, emails, billing info, and usage data to deliver and improve services.
4.2 How We Use Data:
- Process purchases
- Deliver support and updates
- Analyze user experience
4.3 Cookies:
Used for analytics and user preferences.
4.4 Security:
We use encryption and secure platforms (Kajabi, Stripe, etc.).
4.5 Your Rights:
You may request data access or deletion by emailing [email protected].
5. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by Georgia state law. Disputes will be resolved in Fulton County, GA.
